This exciting new street food venue in Wadebridge is a hip hub of converted shipping containers. Saltbox aims to provide a unique collection of independent businesses and talented local chefs sharing a passion for food.

One such outlet ‘SpiceSea’, run by Anglo Indian chef Seahem, combines global flavours with local Cornish produce. Better known for running the Polzeath Pancake Shack, her popular ‘Curry on the Cliff’ nights were a regular sell out. With tantalising daily specials including vegetarian and vegan dishes, Seahem uses the best of Cornish produce combined with global flavours. SpiceSea will also be offering five of the top selling pancakes from the Pancake Shack.

‘Woody’s Pizza’ handcrafted by Zdenko will also be offering artisanal, Neapolitan inspired pizzas with classic Italian favourites, unique specials and amazing vegan and veggie options, wood fired in a traditional Naples oven to achieve the perfect bake. Zdenko has spent years learning the craft of pizzaiolo, and believes in using only the best possible ingredients to create the famous airy crust and soft chewy centre of Neopolitan pizza.

‘Laid back coffee Company’ established in 2013, Rosie and Graham started serving Origin Coffee from the back of their 1969 Morris Minor van. After 4 seasons in their coffee shack by Porth Beach, they are now looking forward to opening up in their home town of Wadebridge. Serving delicious coffee, home baked cakes and brunch with an emphasis on locally produced and ethically sourced ingredients.
